Our New Home Office Agreement
Up to three remote days a week, a monthly allowance and a right to be offline: the key points of our works agreement.
Together with the works council, we have signed a new home office agreement (Betriebsvereinbarung Homeoffice). It formalises how we have been working since 2024 and adds a few improvements.
The key points
You can work from home for up to three days per week. Each team agrees on two anchor days in the office. Working from another EU country is possible for up to 20 working days per year.
Everyone who regularly works from home receives a home office allowance of 50 euros per month, plus a one-time subsidy of 500 euros for a desk or chair.
Outside core hours (10:00 to 15:00) nobody has to be reachable, and after 19:00 and on weekends no work messages are expected. The full agreement is available in the document library.
