Welcome to Our Autumn Hiring Cohort
Fourteen new colleagues started in October. Here is how their first weeks look.
This October, 14 new colleagues joined Northwind Labs: eight in engineering, three in customer success and three in sales. Welcome, all of you!
The first day
Day one starts at 9:30 at reception on the 4th floor in Frankfurt, followed by a welcome breakfast at 10:00. Everyone collects their laptop, two YubiKeys and an access card from IT support.
Each new colleague has an onboarding buddy who gets in touch a week before the start date. The full onboarding checklist covers the first six months, until the end of the probation period.
